At Lift Fitness our Group Fitness Training incorporates the best of both worlds – foundational strength training and Functional Fitness.
We focus on functional movements, which you’ll use in everyday life or sports with a variety for intensity levels so that anyone can do it! Our experienced coaches will help get your workout going strong while also offering alternative moves if needed at any point during each session.

Group Fitness Training at LIFT is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. You, and a maximum of 3 others, will receive all of the tools, focus and attention that you need from your coach to accomplish your goal. As a team you will hold each other accountable and work together towards your goals. We also provide you with a complete lifestyle training program for your nutritional needs (including recipes, portions, education and support). You will have everything you need to be successful and we guarantee it.

FAMILY PLANS
A family that plays together stays together. No need to divide and conquer. We have something for each of you. Performance training for the young athlete, group fitness for you, and don’t forget the camps, gymnastics, dance and karate right next door. No more sitting and waiting for the kid’s classes to end before you can take care of yourself…you can do it now.
