ATHLETE
TRAINING CAMPS
Fun and active youth fitness training camps for ages 10-14 years. Learn training fundamentals, participate in fun movement skill games, accept new challenges and learn more about taking care of your health and sports nutrition.

UNLOCK NEW LEVEL OF ATHLETICISM
Now is the chance for you to learn to train and manage your own health and performance in our youth fitness training camps. The half day camps run weekly and each day is divided into different components of strength, power, speed and agility training interspersed with information on eating for performance, recovery strategies, the importance of sleep, and mentally preparing for competition. Camp athletes will learn how to move more effectively for their sport and how to safely participate in strength training activities.
Learn to lift for life. Most young athletes will not play their sport past college, but exercise should be for life. Training with LIFT will give you the skills and abilities to train anywhere at any time, safely and effectively for life.
