WE HELP YOU
MAXIMIZE YOUR ATHLETIC POTENTIAL
Athletes are assessed and receive strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning training appropriate to their level and ability using our youth performance training program. Programming builds base movement skills and gradually adds load and difficulty in athlete-centric activities.
Training progresses year-round and modifications are made in-season to balance training load. Progress is tracked electronically so athletes can watch their development.
Learn to lift for life. Most young athletes will not play their sport past college, but exercise should be for life. Training with LIFT will give your athlete the skills and abilities to train anywhere at any time safely and effectively for life.

From elementary school sports training to enhancing the skills of today’s competitive high school athletes, LIFT’s athletic performance training fits the specific needs of growing bodies ages 10-18 in a fun and safe environment where young student athletes can achieve their personal best.

Training Times:
Intermediate/Advanced: Monday through Friday 4:00-5:30pm, Saturday 11:30am
Basic: Monday, through Thursday 5:30-7:00, Saturday 10:00am
Advanced: Monday, through Thursday 7:00-8:30pm, Friday 4:00-5:30pm, Saturday 11:30am
